SubTracker - Terms of Use

Important: By downloading, installing, or using the SubTracker mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. App Overview

SubTracker is a mobile application designed to help users track and manage their subscription services. The app offers subscription tracking, renewal notifications, spending analytics, and subscription management features through both free and premium subscription tiers.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Available Subscriptions

SubTracker Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $0.99 per week
Yearly Subscription: $19.99 per year (Most Popular - Save 61%!)

Note: Prices may vary by location and are subject to change. Current pricing is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

2.2 Subscription Features

SubTracker Premium includes:

Unlimited subscription tracking and management
Advanced renewal notifications with customizable timing
Comprehensive spending analytics and insights
Calendar view of all renewal dates
Export functionality for subscription data

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

For iOS users:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find SubTracker and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users:

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap Menu → Subscriptions
Find SubTracker and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

4.2 Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:

iOS: Submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem website
Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer service

SubTracker does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trials are limited to one per user.

7. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate subscription information for tracking purposes
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the app in accordance with these terms
Not share your premium account access with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Keep subscription information updated and accurate
Use notification features responsibly
Not input false or misleading subscription data
Respect the intellectual property rights of tracked service providers

8. Data Accuracy and Responsibility

Important Data Notice: SubTracker relies on user-provided information for subscription tracking. Users are responsible for entering accurate subscription details, renewal dates, and costs. SubTracker does not verify this information with service providers and is not responsible for missed renewals due to incorrect data entry.

9. Subscription Tracking Disclaimer

SubTracker does not access your payment methods or bank accounts
All subscription data must be manually entered by the user
SubTracker does not automatically detect or cancel subscriptions
Users must take action to cancel unwanted subscriptions with service providers
SubTracker provides notifications and reminders only - actual cancellation must be done through the respective service providers

10. Notification Services

SubTracker provides notification services to remind users of upcoming renewals:

Notifications are based on user-provided renewal dates
Users can customize notification timing and preferences
Users can disable notifications at any time through device settings
SubTracker is not responsible if notifications fail to deliver due to device settings or technical issues

11. Financial Information and Privacy

SubTracker does not access financial accounts or payment information:

Users manually enter subscription costs and details
No connection to bank accounts, credit cards, or payment processors
Users retain full control over what information is tracked
All financial data entered is for tracking and analytics purposes only

12. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their subscription tracking data. SubTracker does not claim rights to user-generated content. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of subscription services complies with the terms of those services.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including subscription tracking data and app usage analytics.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to SubTracker at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.

15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

SubTracker and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed subscription cancellations, billing disputes with service providers, or inaccurate spending analytics due to user data entry errors.

17. Third-Party Services

SubTracker may reference or help track third-party subscription services. We are not affiliated with these services and are not responsible for their terms, policies, or billing practices. Users must manage their actual subscriptions directly with service providers.

18. Technical Support

We provide technical support for app functionality, notification issues, and subscription management features. Support does not include assistance with canceling actual subscriptions with third-party service providers.

19. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
